Join your friends at the annual EACTN Spring Dinner and AGM on Wednesday June 1, 2022. We look forward to celebrate together, get updated on our Club and engage on ideas for the future.

The EACTN endeavours to offer a safe environment for its members. Each activity or event sponsored by the Club will operate in accordance with applicable government requirements and guidelines with respect to COVID-19.

The EACTN cannot limit individuals at its events (those being members, guests, or others who may be present at the facilities) to only be those that are fully vaccinated. (2 doses plus 14 days).

Consistent with current government guidelines, the EACTN does not require those participating in its events to be fully vaccinated.  However, the EACTN recommends that individuals attending events strongly consider receiving recommended booster dose(s) of vaccines, and the use of masks regardless of government guidelines.

Individuals wishing to attend should do so after considering their own personal circumstances and evaluating any risks in attending the event or activity including any pre-existing conditions or actual conditions at the time of the event or activity.

Members are expected to refrain from attending an event or activity if they believe that their conditions may put themselves or other participants at risk with respect to COVID-19.

Reception in the courtyard of the Chateau Le Parc starting at 5:30 to 6:30 pm with passed hors d’oeuvres, and a complimentary bar service (wine, beer and non-alcoholic beverages) during the reception.

Dinner service will begin at 7:00 pm in Hall B.

Dinner menu:

• Salad
• Pasta
• Entrees; choose from:
  • 6 oz. beef tenderloin with demi-glaze, or
  • pan-seared Atlantic salmon
    • both served with seasonal vegetables and roasted mini nu-red potatoes, or
  • grilled portobello mushrooms with vegetables and couscous (vegan)
• Dessert: lemon delizia; coffee or tea
• Red and white wine, bottled water during dinner

Tables will be set for 8 persons. Members wishing to sit together can assemble their group and contact John Adam (click here to send him an e-mail, johnqadam@rogers.com) AFTER Friday April 29, 2022 but before Sunday May 22, 2022.

This year, similar to previous years, we are adding to the member’s price, the $10 per member Club annual membership fee. If, as a member, you register and pay for this event as shown, your annual membership fee is taken care of. If you have already paid for your 2022-23 membership renewal or, if you don’t plan to renew your membership at the end of the 2021-22 year, please deduct $10 per member and mention it in the comment section.

Registrations close on May 24. Please indicate any dietary restrictions in the appropriate spot in the registration form.
