EACTN Event Reimbursement Policy

(1) If the member advises us prior to the event, EACTN will reimburse any cost that we did not incur for the member at the event
(2) If the member does not advise us prior to the event, the member is not entitled to reimbursement and the member is deemed to have participated to the event
(3) In general, our registrations are locked in with the venues at least 24 hours ahead of time
