Online registration and payment (e-payment) for events organized by the EACTN executive is available and is preferred. Although the traditional method (paper cheque, paper registration form and Canada Post) to register and pay for the events organized by the EACTN Executive Committee is still possible, the Executive encourages Club members to transition to the electronic method of registration and payments. It is far more efficient, timely and effective.
E-payments can only be made via “Interac e-Transfers”.

IMPORTANT: Although the Interac Message box is noted as optional by the banks, for EACTN it is important that it be completed for all payments. It should indicate what the payment is for (membership renewal, new member, or name of event) and the names of the persons to whom it applies (member, member spouse, guests as appropriate).
You will receive a confirmation via e-mail when the EACTN has received and accepted your payment and registration.
Please note that sending your e-payment does not guarantee your participation in the event. If the event is sold out, we will put you on the waiting list and will advise you accordingly. You will receive a refund if no spots get freed-up before the event.
