The following individuals qualify for membership in the Club:

• Imperial Oil employees who reached official annuitant status and as such, are eligible to participate in Imperial’s benefit programs, such as medical and dental insurance, or
• a spouse (as defined for benefits purposes) of an Imperial Oil annuitant, or
• a surviving spouse of an Imperial Oil annuitant or employee.

There are additional qualifiers for exceptional situations. Any questions as to qualification should be discussed with the Imperial Oil Annuitant Relations Coordinator.

Not qualified for membership are terminated Imperial Oil employees with deferred annuities – in other words, employees who left the company prior to retirement who do not qualify to receive company benefits, such as medical and dental insurance, yet may be receiving an annuity.

The club membership fee is very nominal at $10.00 per person per year (July 1 to June 30) for each annuitant and spouse/partner, ie. $20 per year per couple. You can register and pay online for your membership as follows:

• FIRST by forwarding your online payment via Interac e-Transfer as described here,
•  AND THEN by submitting a completed membership application form by creating a Help request on Your Total Rewards (http://digital.alight.com/iolemc). Also send a copy of the application to members@eactn.ca
