Join your friends at the annual EACTN Spring Dinner and AGM on Wednesday June 7, 2023. Don’t miss this opportunity to meet with your friends for an evening of socializing and catching up on our Club’s activities and ideas for the future.

The reception in the Courtyard of the Chateau Le Parc will start at 4:00 to 5:15 pm with passed hors d’oeuvres, and a complimentary bar service during the evening.

Dinner service will begin at 5:30 pm in Hall B.

Dinner menu:

• Salad
• Entrees; choose from:
  • 6 oz. beef tenderloin with demi-glaze, or
  • pan-seared Atlantic salmon
    • both served with seasonal vegetables and roasted mini nu-red potatoes, or
  • grilled portobello mushrooms with vegetables and couscous (vegan)
• Dessert: chocolate caramel cluster; coffee or tea
• Red and white wine, bottled water during dinner; complimentary bar service available in the Courtyard

Tables will be set for 8 persons. Members wishing to sit together can assemble their group and contact John Adam before May 19, 2023.

This year, similar to previous years, we are adding to the member’s price, the $10 per member Club annual membership fee. If, as a member, you register and pay for this event as shown above, your annual membership fee is taken care of. If you have already paid for your 2023-24 membership renewal or, if you don’t plan to renew your membership at the end of the 2022-23 year, please deduct $10 per member and mention it in the comment section.

We encourage members to renew their membership to continue to enjoy the socialization opportunities our Club offers through our in-person and virtual ZOOM events. You’ll also receive our information packed quarterly newsletter…all this for $10 per member. Your membership renewal and annual participation in at least one event such as this one, by the end of this June, is also the basis for Imperial’s continued financial support for our events in the coming year.

Registrations close on May 19. Please indicate any dietary restrictions in the appropriate spot in the registration form. Please also indicate if you or your spouse/partner/guest use a wheelchair, walker, rollator or have other special needs so that we can arrange your table seating to accommodate your needs.
