Swathsyoga Yoga Interest Group – All Levels of Experience Welcome!
Join our Zoom yoga group to stay healthy and active from the comfort of your own home. This is a weekly practice Zoom session of Swathsyoga Yoga (known as health yoga) led by club member, Zia Hasan.

Swathsyoga is a gentle practice, designed for both beginners and experienced practitioners alike. Each session will provide you with easy, step by step instructions that encourage you to learn at your own pace and to your own ability. Our focus will be on conditioning the various segments of your body to improve flexibility, strength and balance. Breathing exercises will also target cardiorespiratory improvement and stress management. Good news! Sitting on the floor is not necessary as most of these exercises can be performed while sitting on a chair, lying on a floor mat or from a standing position.
These sessions are on Thursdays, 10.30 am until noon, starting on May 18. You attend any week you are interested and available. More details will be provided to the interested participants once registered below.
