EACTN’s own Jim Strasser covers the contemporary tale of an adopted child searching for his biological roots. It’s a story of the opacity of the adoption process, sleuthing out answers beyond available records, the ever increasing role of DNA testing and the pros and cons of the two main players in the DNA testing domain. The story also touches on a number of additional topics like nature vs nurture, genealogical tree building and, especially, discoveries made out the windscreen when you are solely focused on the rear view mirror.
It is yet another example that “everybody has a story”. Please join in the adventure on Wednesday, January 12, 2022 @ 10am.
