We are pleased to welcome you to our annual year-end Christmas lunch.

Come out and enjoy the company of your friends.

While a complimentary glass of wine is offered with lunch, there will be a cash bar before lunch. Soft drinks and juices are free.
Hot and cold hors d’oeuvres will be served before lunch.

Menu
• Asparagus soup
• Caesar salad
• Entrees served with seasonal vegetables and roasted potatoes, choice of:

• Beef chateaubriand served in a mushroom peppercorn sauce, or
• Salmon served with lemon butter, or
• Oven roasted red pepper stuffed with rice and accompanied with baked beans (Vegetarian)

• Ice cream crepe, coffee, or tea

Tables will be set for 8 but can accommodate requests for 10. Members wishing to sit together can include the names of those they would like to sit with in the COMMENTS box at the end of your registration form. PLEASE NOTE THIS CHANGE IN THE PROCESS FOR ARRANGING TABLES AT THIS EVENT AND PLEASE ENSURE THOSE YOU WISH TO SIT WITH REGISTER FOR THIS EVENT.

Registration deadline is Wednesday November 19.

Please indicate any dietary restrictions in the appropriate spot in the registration form. Please also indicate if you or your spouse/partner/guest use a wheelchair, walker, rollator or have other special needs so that we can arrange your table seating to accommodate your needs.

You can register online, as follows:

• by forwarding your electronic payment via Interac as described here AND
• by filling the “Electronic event registration” form below and clicking “Submit”

You will only receive a response from our Registrar if there is an issue with your registration information or payment. After the registration deadline, the event organizer will send a reminder notification to all those registered.
