Join your friends at the annual EACTN spring dinner on Month xx, 20xx

RULES APPLICABLE DURING COVID-19 – PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

The EACTN endeavours to offer a safe environment for its members. Each activity or event sponsored by the Club will operate in accordance with applicable government requirements and guidelines with respect to Covid-19.

The EACTN will limit participants (members and their partners) attending in-person events to only those who are fully vaccinated against Covid-19 (“fully vaccinated” per government guidelines).

EACTN requests that those members who are NOT fully vaccinated to refrain from  registering and attending in-person events as an added precaution for themselves and those who attend.

The EACTN will request that the event venue managers meet all government guidelines relevant to Covid-19.

Fully vaccinated Individuals wishing to attend in-person events should still do so after considering their own personal circumstances and after evaluating any residual risks in attending the event or activity including any pre-existing conditions or actual conditions at the time of the event or activity.

Members are expected to refrain from attending an event or activity if they believe that their conditions may put themselves or other participants at risk with respect to Covid-19

Reception in the courtyard of the Chateau Le Parc starting at xx:xx to xx:xx pm with passed hors d’oeuvres, and a complimentary bar service (wine, beer and non-alcoholic beverages) during the reception.

Dinner will be served at xx:xx pm.

Dinner menu:

  • Salad
  • Pasta
  • Entrees; choose from:
    • 6 oz. beef tenderloin with demi-glaze, or
    • pan-seared Atlantic salmon
      • both served with seasonal vegetables and roasted mini nu-red potatoes, or
    • grilled portobello mushrooms with vegetables and couscous (vegan)
  • Desert: lemon delizia; coffee or tea
  • Red and white wine, bottled water during dinner

Tables will be set for xx-xx persons. Members wishing to sit together can arrange to do so by contacting John Adam (click here to send him an e-mail, johnqadam@rogers.com) prior to the event.

This year, similar to last year, we are adding to the members’ price, the $10 per member Club annual membership fee. If, as a member, you register and pay for this event as shown, your annual membership fee is taken care of. If you have already paid for your 20xx-20xx membership renewal or, if you don’t plan to renew your membership at the end of the 20xx-xx year, please deduct $10 per member and mention it in the comment section.

Registrations close on Month xx. Please indicate any dietary restrictions in the appropriate spot in the registration forms.

You can register electronically (preferred) as follows:

  • by forwarding your Interac e-transfer as described here AND
  • by filling the “Electronic event registration” form below and clicking “Submit”.

The security question for Interac transfers should be “What is the acronym of our Club?”. And the answer should be “EACTN1” in capitals.
