This event is now sold out for singles or pairs. However, a few full foursomes registering together could still be accommodated.

This is our Summer Solstice Celebration where we will play golf for everyone’s enjoyment and where the only rule will be to have fun together.

The cost of this event is only $75/person all inclusive. (9 holes of golf with carts, driving range, custom dinner with tea or coffee, all services and taxes included). Everyone will only have to pay for their own bill from the bar.

Cherry Downs was reserved for 32 players and is providing us with a modified shotgun format so that we will all start at 4 p.m. and finish roughly at the same time to enjoy refreshments on the patio together before dinner.

This event was a sold out last year at Richmond Hill and is expected to be the same this year. It will be restricted to EACTN members only on a first come, first served basis. As organizer for this event, I will try to accommodate your preferences for a specific foursome but I cannot guarantee it unless you reserve for the foursome. With the modified shotgun format, I may also be able to accommodate extra foursomes but again there is no guarantee.

Reservations will close when we reach 32 players or on June 11 at the latest.

Each person will be responsible for his/her own bar bill.
