\nThe reception in the Courtyard of the Chateau Le Parc will s tart at 4:00 to 5:15 pm with passed hors d’oeuvres\, and a complimentary b ar service during the evening.

This year\, similar to previo us years\, we are adding to the member’s price\, the $10 per member Club annual membership fee. If \, as a member\, you register and pay for this event as shown above\, your annual membership fee is taken care of. If you have already paid for your 2023-24 membershi p renewal or\, if you don’t plan to renew your membership at the end of th e 2022-23 year\, please deduct $10 per member and mention it in the commen t section.
\nWe encourage members to renew their mem bership to continue to enjoy the socialization opportunities our Club offe rs through our in-person and virtual ZOOM events. You’ll also receive our information packed quarterly newsletter…all this for $10 per member. Your membership renewal and annual participation in at least one event such as this one\, by the end of this June\, is also the basis for Imperial’s cont inued financial support for our events in the coming year.
\nRegistrations close on May 19. Ple ase indicate any dietary restrictions in the appropriate spot in the regis tration form. Please also indicate if you or your spouse/partner/guest use a wheelchair\, walker\, rollator or have other special needs so that we c an arrange your table seating to accommodate your needs.
